Founded in the wake of a tragic event that took the life of a beloved family member, our organization is driven by a deep commitment to social justice and equality.
At Agents For Advocacy, our mission is to spread awareness of socioeconomic inequality and systemic racism, working tirelessly to dismantle the barriers that prevent individuals from reaching their full potential. As a Buffalo-based non-profit, we aim to challenge existing systems, policies, and attitudes that perpetuate injustice. Our vision is to foster a reality where every person, regardless of their race or environment, can access the resources, opportunities, and support necessary to succeed. We focus and carry out this vision through strategic initiatives in collaboration with other local Buffalo businesses, community engagement and public speaking engagements at schools, universities and events, and partnerships with like-minded organizations.

As a Buffalo native public speaker, Mark brings engagement, humor, and serious conversations about change to your next event. Mark Talley's story is one of trajedy-turned-advocacy, using his own difficult experiences with racism into advocacy for change. Mark's speaking events broach topics such as systemic injustice and systemic racism, which in turn negatively impact our children, neighborhoods, communities, and cities. Together, we can create a brighter and more equitable future for all.
